In the past ten years ACM, Inc. has designed and constructed several single family affordable housing models: these include units consisting of two, three or four bedrooms. The models can be seen in subdivisions in a number of areas in the Virgin Islands. The principal location is Estate Concordia on St. Croix where there are approximately 45 units in their varying designs.
The principal design is a three bedroom two bath home of approximately 1,300 square feet. This unit offers a standard of durability and aesthetics compliant with the Farmers Home Moderate Income Housing Program and the V.I. Housing Authority’s Affordable Housing Program. ACM, Inc. has recently completed the last of eight homes for the VI Housing Finance Authority in a successfully completed major Affordable Home construction contract.
